What is Clipaist Agent?

Clipaist Agent is an AI customer-service assistant that you train on your own website. It answers visitor questions in plain English using only your content, captures leads, and hands conversations to your team when it is unsure. It works as a chat widget on your site and on connected social accounts.

How does the agent learn about my business?

You paste your website link. The agent reads your pages (services, prices, FAQ, policies, contact details) and builds a private knowledge base. You can add a price list or FAQ at any time, confirm key facts such as hours and phone numbers, and pin exact answers to common questions.

Will it make up answers or prices?

It is built not to. Replies come only from your own information, and prices, phone numbers, links and time frames are checked against it before a customer sees them. If something is not covered, the agent says so, offers to take the customer’s contact details and passes the question to your team.

Which channels does it work on?

The website chat widget is installed with one line of code. You can also connect Instagram, Facebook Messenger and Telegram so the same assistant answers messages there, and every reply appears in one shared inbox. WhatsApp Business and phone agents are offered as custom projects.

Can I use it if I do not have a website?

Yes. Choose “No website yet” when you create your agent, then write a short business profile in your panel (what you do, prices, hours, contact, location) and optionally import your social bios and posts. You also get a hosted chat link and QR code that work without a website.

What happens when it cannot answer a question?

The agent tells the customer it does not have confirmed details, asks for the best way to reach them, and creates a handoff in your inbox with the conversation attached. You are alerted by email, and the question is listed so you can pin the right answer for next time.

Is Clipaist Agent really free?

Yes. During launch every feature is free: up to three agents per account with 200 customer messages per month each. Paid plans with more messages and no Clipaist branding are coming. No card is needed to start.

Is my customers’ data private, and can my team use it?

Your conversations and leads are visible only to you and the teammates you invite as Admin, Agent or Viewer. Nothing is shared between businesses, customer text is not written to system logs, and you choose how long transcripts are kept.
