Will my free agent stop working?
No. Existing agents stay live. When billing opens, accounts move to the Free plan unless they choose Pro, and the free limits still apply to new messages.
Do I need a card during launch?
No. There is no trial timer and no card. Billing is switched on only after Paddle is live, and we will announce it before anything changes.
What happens to my chats and leads?
Chats follow your retention setting (90 days by default) and leads stay until you delete them. Pro does not change data ownership; it adds capacity and advanced tools.
